Reasonable adjustments for autistic clinicians
Helen's lived experience as a nurse who is autistic was the starting point for this research. Speaking to autistic clinicians, she is building a picture of the reasonable adjustments that can help at work and identifying where there is a need for more support.
The research is ongoing but has already highlighted the importance of engaging with individuals about their needs rather than making blanket assumptions - because everyone is different.
